This text was written in good faith to describe exactly how MAATICA works today. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
Enter the confirmation code you received after removing MAATICA from Facebook or Instagram.
1. Check a request
The result appears here. This page needs JavaScript; without it, email nahuelramos.nr@gmail.com with your code.
2. What each status means
- Received: we registered the request and are processing it.
- Completed: we deleted the connections, access tokens and channel routing linked to your account. A count of zero means we held nothing linked to that login.
- Partial or Failed: part of the deletion needs a person. We finish it within 30 days; you do not need to do anything.
The status page never shows personal data. To delete conversations, see Data deletion.
